    • REDTAG aims to deliver items within 2-3 days. Orders over BD 15 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than BD 15, a shipping fee of 1 BD will be added.

    • For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of BD 1 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.

    • We are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery. You might need to sign when your order arrives, and any issues can be reported by email customer.support@redtag.ae. After three missed delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded if its prepaid.
