REDTAG aims to deliver items within 2-3 days. Orders over BD 15 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than BD 15, a shipping fee of 1 BD will be added.
For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of BD 1 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.

Points earned are based on your membership tier and are calculated according to the below table.
