REDTAG aims to deliver items within 2-3 days. Orders over BD 15 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than BD 15, a shipping fee of 1 BD will be added.
For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of BD 1 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.
We are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery. You might need to sign when your order arrives, and any issues can be reported by email customer.support@redtag.ae. After three missed delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded if its prepaid.

Points earned are based on your membership tier and are calculated according to the below table.

If you are a Gold member and purchase a non-discounted item worth SAR 50 you will earn 200 loyalty points (4 x 50 points). If you are a Platinum member and purchase the same item, you will earn 250 loyalty points (5 x 50 points).

N.B. In case any additional discount is applied on cart, the affected items will earn you 1x points.

How to Redeem Points:
